Arts & Entertainment Atlanta present their third digital art exhibition, currently on display on giant screens throughout Downtown Atlanta. Entitled Of the Fantastic: Extraordinary ATL, the exhibit boasts tremendous works by 11 Atlanta-based artists, projecting them on this larger-than-life scale.
Curated by Lauren Jackson Harris, she announced in a statement, “As an Atlanta native, I see the underbelly of creative energy in a city being overrun by fabricated personas, grandiose stunting and the ever-mounting effects of gentrification.”
“Atlanta has artists that produce work intrinsic to their communities, whether native or long-time residents,” she continues, “The exhibition, Of the Fantastic: Extraordinary ATL, will feature artists whose work is ethereal, yet layered in emotion and context.”
Artists involved in this inspiring exhibition include Chloe Alexander, Mellissa Huang, Horace Imhotep, and more! For the full line-up and more information, click here to visit their website.
The exhibition will be on display until July 31. The three screen locations are at the Peachtree Center, at 235 Peachtree Street, Reverb Hotel by Hard Rock, at 89 Centennial Olympic Park Dr, and Margaret Mitchell Square, at 140 Peachtree Street.
