Iconic comedian, Eddie Murphy, is headed to Atlanta this summer to shoot his newest film, The Pick Up.
Murphy isn’t the only star talent in the film, however. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, “[The film also] stars Keke Palmer and Pete Davidson… [and] will be based out of Shadowbox Studios in Atlanta.”
With a star-studded cast like Palmer, Davidson and Murphy, The Pick Up is sure to be riotously funny. Palmer is probably best-known for her roles in the recent films Nope and Alice. Davidson is best-known for his time on Saturday Night Live as a comedian, and his film, The King of Staten Island.
What is The Pick Up about?
According to Deadline, “Sources called it a heist comedy in the Bad Boys, and Murphy would play a guy who becomes smitten with a woman and finds himself mixed up in a heist attempt.”
All we know for sure is you can expect lots of hijinks, hilarity, and an incredible heist.
