Big news for THC enjoyers in the ATL: Edible Brands, the Atlanta-based parent company of Edible Arrangements, just opened up a retail spot for their year-old online store, Edibles.com. Edibles.com™ is a truly unique, first-of-its-kind online marketplace dedicated to delivering the nation’s leading THC brands directly to your door… and now, you can visit their first in-person shop!
Wait… is this legal?
Yes. Everything sold by Edibles.com is currently legal in the state of Georgia.
However, this November, the hemp products could become limited to 0.4 milligrams of total THC per package due to new legislation. In that case, the new Atlanta flagship brick-and-mortar could not sell virtually anything on its current shelves.
Thomas Winstanley, general manager and executive vice president of Edibles.com advocates for a change to this possible law. He said in a statement,
Our commitment to education comes to life in this store. Consumers are already seeking out these products, and it’s critical to show what this category looks like in a regulated, responsible environment. This store allows us to engage directly, helping people understand how these products may fit into their lives, whether that’s managing stress, replacing alcohol, or improving sleep. These are conversations best had face-to-face.
Even if the new law takes effect, Edibles.com will have a contingency plan.
According to a report by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution,
Edibles.com doesn’t offer inhalables, such as vapes or flower, and it groups products by benefit — sleep, relax, uplift or energy. Inside the new store is the motto: ‘health not high.’

Edible Brands is an Atlanta-based company, so it only makes sense for the company’s first brick-and-mortar Edibles.com location to be here in the ATL.
