This upcoming Saturday and Sunday in Atlanta is Pride Weekend, and another amazing queer-friendly space is opening up just in time!
You might already be a fan of FiNCA to FiLTER (maybe you’ve heard of them from our list of the best coffee shops in Atlanta), the proudly queer-owned coffee shop in West End, but whether you’re a day one or a new fan, it’s time to get excited! FiNCA to FiLTER is opening its second location in Old Fourth Ward, and it’s so amazing!
When’s the Grand Opening?
They’re having their grand opening to kick off Pride on October 14th, 9am – 12 pm. Everyone is welcome to join in the festivities! They’ll have hundreds of prizes, iconic drag performances by Taylor Alxndr and more, a raffle, festivities, and of course, loads of glitter!
You can also look forward to specialty drinks, like the Lavender Menace, U-Haul, Pam & Pam, t4t and Wussy Popper! You can’t find drinks like this anywhere else!
Oh, and stick around, because they’ll be serving up free cake from 2 pm – 5 pm after their Grand Opening because… why not?
The Old Fourth Ward location is also proud to have free wifi and free parking in the garage and street, and yes, BREWHAHA Drag Bingo will be at this location too!
The hours at this new location will be 7 am – 7 pm, so it’s the perfect spot for any time of the day!
What else is there to be excited about?
FiNCA to FiLTER is also very excited to roll out made-from-scratch FiNCA pastries, which will be available beginning December 1st! Nothing goes with a great latte like a delicious pastry!
They’re also planning to retail natural wine and beer made by their sister concept, Side Saddle Wine Saloon!
So as you’re headed to the Pride celebrations and marches this weekend, make sure to swing by the FiNCA to FiLTER Grand Opening for your caffeine fuel!
