The Battery’s beloved Monday-night yoga is returning for the season, so grab your yoga mat, a water bottle and get ready for some rest & relaxation, y’all! Yoga Presented by Kaiser Permanente is coming back this February!
What is Yoga Presented by Kaiser Permanente?

Yoga Presented by Kaiser Permanente is a free, family-friendly wellness experience designed to help guests unwind and recharge. Led by expert instructors, each open-air class blends mindful movement and fresh air in a welcoming community setting on the Plaza Green at the Battery.
And possibly the best part? All classes are free to attend. They do have capacity limits, of course, so you’ll have to reserve your ticket ahead of time, but it’s free to book!
Classes are one hour long!
Do I have to bring anything?

Yes! You need to bring a yoga mat. If you’re not sure where to grab one, you can check out the selections at your local sporting stores or shops like Ross, T.J. Max or Marshalls.
While it’s not required, participants are also strongly encouraged to bring a water bottle… you are movin’ and exercisin’ after all!
And bring your friends! This is the perfect activity for you and your pals… and we’ve gotta say, there are a TON of great restaurants and drink spots around too, if you’re looking for a little post-yoga treat! (Your friends will need to register as well, of course!)
Okay, okay, I’ve gotta check this out! Gimme the details!
