Humble Pie at The Interlock has fast become a fav go-to spot for Atlantans. The already popular pizza spot is taking this up a notch and now offering wood-fired breakfast pizza and more. Guests are guaranteed to enjoy every last bite. The new pizza spot is run by Atlanta’s own James Beard semi-finalist, Chefs Ron Hsu and Aaron Phillips (Lazy Betty).
Their creative wood-fired pizzas have already won our hearts and now they’re looking to add even more goodness to their menu. Brunch items will include the Humble Pie Breakfast Calzone with bacon, pepperoni, mozzarella, cheddar, scrambled eggs & red sauce, the Everything Spiced Pizza with white sauce, everything bagel spiced, smoked salmon, red onion, capers & arugula, the BEC Pizza with bacon, egg & cheese and Georgia Shrimp & Grits with Spanish chorizo, etouffee sauce & stone ground grits.
Sign us up, immediately! This cute neighborhood spot will also have us toasting to warmer days with its brunch menu cocktails. Guests will have the option to enjoy bloody marys and mimosas in addition to local spirits, beers, and cider. The spacious and unique restaurant makes it the perfect spot for those who remote work or those just looking for a cool spot to hang around town. Humble Pie will launch its brunch menu this Easter Sunday, so be sure to drop by and grab a slice!
