What happens now?
After the snow stopped falling, the storm turned into a wintery mix, compacting the snow and forming a layer of ice that can be dangerous to drive and walk on.
Experts are still advising people to stay OFF the roads so snowplows can get them in safe driving conditions ASAP.
We’re still in a State of Emergency
Even though the snow is fun to play in, take pictures of, and enjoy from your cozy home, there are plenty of dangers that come with snow! We recently published a guide on how to stay safe during the storm, in case of power outages, and much more!
