One of Atlanta’s long standing gay bars located in the heart of midtown is a must visit bar for Pride Month. Sundays are the best time to come to this fun local bar. Whether going for a quick drink or to make a night of it, you’re sure to enjoy all the energy that this bar and its patrons have to offer.
Ten (X):
Where: Midtown
Also located near rainbow square in Midtown, Ten is the perfect bar to hop to on Sundays as well. At any given moment after 7pm you are sure to see strobe lights and dancing on their back patio. Drinks are cheap and strong, our fav combo!
Tenth on Piedmont:
Where: Midtown
Tenth on Piedmont serves up dishes and looks! This doubles as a restaurant during the day and then appropriately shifts into a night club after 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays. A true staple of THE CORNER in Midtown, be sure to show them some love this Pride month!
Lips:
Where: Buford Hwy
This self described Ultimate Drag & Dining Experience is absolutely one of Atlanta top venues for the LGBTQ+ community. Located off N. Druid Hills this boozy drag show experience is sure to kick off Pride month with just the right amount of energy. Featured on shows such as the Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA) and The Hollywood Medium with Tyler, it’s safe to say you’ll be pleased with the fun and unique experience Lips has to offer. Oh! And their best selling point? Bottomless Mimosas. A must have for brunching in Atlanta.
Bulldogs:

If you are a true Atlanta native you know that Bulldogs has been standing at the center of Atlanta’s gay community for 42 years. Small and compact located in Midtown, Bulldogs may seem out of place among the sky scrapers and ever budding condo buildings that continuously find their way into Atlanta, but that it is inevitably apart of their charm. Going to Bulldog’s always provides you with a sense of wonder and acceptance – something at the very heart of the LGBTQ+ cause.
My Sisters Room (MSR)

Located in Midtown, My Sisters Room is also one of Atlanta’s hottest lesbian spots in the city and has been around for 25 years! MSR boasts two levels and has regular drag shows as well as burlesque shows for those looking for a more sultry vibe. To top off the amazing energy and vibes this venue provides, they also have some of the best wings this city has to offer. Amazing food + An even better show = the perfect pride night out.
Friends on Ponce

This iconic gay bar located in between the highlands and midtown is the perfect venue for anyone looking to have a good time Saturday and Sunday nights. Just as the name denotes, Friends on Ponce is the perfect local bar to go to with friends or to even make them. everyone is welcoming and you are guaranteed to leave having had a blast!
