2. Enjoy a burger and a beer at The Vortex
With its iconic skull entrance, The Vortex has solidified itself as one of Atlanta’s quirkiest eats. With an impressive collection of knick-knacks decorating the interior, the madness doesn’t stop at the skull. And we could say that again for their extensive selection of insane sandwiches and burgers.

3. Enjoy the ultimate bar hop in L5P
Bar-hopping in Little Five Points is an ATL right of passage, with so many incredible bars and clubs on offer in the area. 4. Catch a show at Variety Playhouse

5. A Little Five Points shopping spree
There’s a plethora of some pretty unique and interesting shops in Little Five Points. Check out Atlanta’s premiere purveyor of unusual goods, Junkman’s Daughter, for a thrift shop experience like no other. The area is also home to more traditional (but totally awesome) shops like Criminal Records, hippy stores, and beyond.
6. Discover the sea creatures at Georgia Aquarium
If you find yourself caught in the rain or aren’t sure what to do with the kids, head to the Georgia Aquarium for a fun-filled experience. Whale sharks, penguins, and sea lions are some of the majestic animals to be admired at the aquarium. Open Tuesday to Saturday (10am – 4:45pm) for museum tours, the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library and Museum is one of the more fascinating things to do in Little Five Points.
