It’s almost time for the iconic Georgia Renaissance Festival in Fairborn, y’all! And this year, there’s even more partying and fun to be had thanks to Monks Meadery!
Get ready to party the whole day away on Monks Meadery’s party bus! That’s right. Before the Ren Faire, you can head to Monks an hour before departure for a flight and a 10oz mead on the house! And if you’re already feeling buzzed (get it, bees… mead?), then no worries! You’ll board the party bus and have the option of even more delicious drinks!
This party package isn’t just for getting to the festival, you’ll also get entry to the Georgia Renaissance Festival and an optional guided experience by a Monks Meadery expert! It’s a whole day of Renaissance-inspired fun!
And there’s more!
This year, Monks Meadery is the official mead of the Georgia Renaissance Festival, and to celebrate, they’ve launched a brand new mead called Faerie Dew!
What is Faerie Dew?
Great question! Faerie Dew is a 5.5% mead infused with lavender honey, butterfly pea flower, and a hint of citrus. Think light and sweet, like a faerie settling on a flower petal!
And while we’re at it… what is mead?
Mead is an alcoholic beverage made from fermenting honey. Mead has been around for a very, very long time–possibly even more than 8,000 years. It’s a beverage taht has been long-enjoyed all over the world, and even received the name ‘nectar of the gods’ at some points in history. In other words, it’s the perfect drink for the GA Ren Faire!
