Summer’s not over yet! Despite the crazy weather we’ve been getting, Atlanta still has plenty of warm days ahead of her. With that being said, we still can look forward to boozy happy hours and margaritas on patios! The latest place to indulge the latter of the two is Atlantic Stations latest Mexican restaurant, Azotea Cantina.
Located inside Atlantic station, Azotea Cantina is a Mexico City inspired restaurant by Diego Velasquez. This cute restaurant serves as the perfect atmosphere for rooftop tacos, and drinks. All 4,300 sq. feet of the restaurant houses two bars, a rooftop deck, and a patio. This spot easily provides the perfect vibes to grab a cocktail after work or for a night out.
This unique menu was crafted by the team behind the Tacos & Tequila restaurant. Azotea Cantina provides their guests with traditional dishes like tacos, house-made chips paired with either salsa or queso. They also added chilled and raw dishes that include ‘tostada de ahi tuna’, their take on a spicy tuna roll and grilled octopus.
Their beverage menu includes a list of unique craft cocktails. Being a Mexican inspired restaurant, naturally they have an array of margarita options. Furthermore, they boast 40 different tequila options as well as 17 mezcal selections. If tequila isn’t your jam *raises hand* lol then they do provide other cocktail options for you to explore!
So, don’t wait too much longer to visit this beautiful and unique space in the heart of the city.
