The Atlanta Botanical Garden is one of Atlanta’s most beloved attractions. Boasting an incredible spring line-up, there is so much to see and do and it’s guaranteed fun for the whole family.
The Garden’s popular Tai Chi class is an immersive experience that leaves you feeling balanced and refreshed. You’re able to practice the ancient Chinese exercise form that’s designed to increase flexibility in the stunning natural surroundings on offer at the gardens.
The creative classes invite Georgians to get involved in nature, and reap the benefits from Thai Chi. These include reduced stress, balance, and self-awareness.

The Thai Chi classes began in February for the first quarter, which will continue running until April. The first quarter is sold out, but registration is open for the second quarter, which begins on April 24th and will run until the Summer.
The fee to take part in the classes is $139, or $129 if you have an Atlanta Botanical Garden membership.
Thai Chi at the Atlanta Botanical Garden will start their second quarter of classes on April 24th, with classes every Sunday. Beginners have the 9:15 – 10:15 a.m. timeslot, while the Intermediate group start their hour long class at 10:15 a.m.
Intermediate classes is invite by instructor only, so get practicing Atlanta! You’ll be pro before you know it!
