How did Cloud ERP provider Priority Software come up with this data?

To find the best flea markets for the holiday season, they looked at 339 flea and farmers’ markets across the US on Tripadvisor (all of which had at least 50 reviews).
The portion of five-star reviews left for each location was then calculated by Priority Software, providing a ranking of those best-reviewed. Where two markets have the same percentage of five-star reviews, those with the highest average rating are ranked higher.
