There have been rumors spreading around the Internet of UNO games being available at Las Vegas casinos, and UNO finally put all the rumors to rest… along with some cool new news!
According to UNO’s social media,
We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the casino floor isn’t ready for us yet. We’ve been told that while they do have tight security, it’s not robust enough for UNO at this time. This isn’t a Reverse card. While we get this sorted out, the UNO Social Club is rolling out to bars in Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, and Austin this August.
What is UNO Social Club?
Basically, it’s an UNO themed pop-up-style bar with tons of nostalgic, fun UNO memorabilia. So far, the only UNO Social Club to open is in Vegas (hence the rumors), and it’s complete with UNO-themed decor, bowling, a pool table and much more!
UNO-themed drinks in Las Vegas include:
- Draw Two – Las Vegas Buck | bourbon or whiskey, lemon juice, ginger syrup, muddled strawberries, Angostura bitters, club soda
- Reverse Cadillac Margarita | tequila, cointreau, lime juice, simple syrup, Grand Marnier float, garnished with salt or Tajin rim
- Shuffle Spritz | prosecco, St. Germain, lime wedge, mint, club soda with a mint sprig and lime twist
- Sapphire Skip | Bombay Sapphire gin, 2 drops of blue curaçao, Peach Schnapps, with an orange twist
- One More Round Espresso Martini | vodka or tequila, coffee liqueur, espresso, three coffee beans
Of course, we don’t know if similar drinks are coming to the ATL or not, but we’re excited nonetheless!
