The City of Atlanta is known by its residents as the best city in the states, but we can finally sign our beliefs with a stamp of approval from Money.com. Money is an online magazine that guides people through finance using up-to-date information such as job growth, mortgages, and more.
They have been annually rating the cities across the United States to find out which city is the best to live in. This year, Atlanta came out on top thanks to its boom in industry, development, job diversity, and more.
They state on in the article, “Atlanta is a place where you can feel at home. And, just as important, it’s also a place where you can find a job.”
So much so apparently, that job growth in A-Town has been consistently outpacing the United States for over a year according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Other ATL stand-outs mentioned in the article includes our unique blend of cultures, our role in the Civil Rights movement, and more. Even our endless list of things to do gets a shout out.
The publication continues, “Entertainment-wise, the city has more “things to do” than even the most social of butterflies could ever find time for.”
We agree. So much so we’ve just rounded up some fabulous things to do throughout the fall so don’t miss out, y’all. Businesses mentioned in the Money article include Battle & Brew, the Trap Music Museum, and other awesome A-Town hotspots.
Mayor Andre Dickens wrote on his Instagram, “This truly shows that when we #MoveAtlantaForward, together, the world notices!”
