A new set of murals popped up on the Westside, perfect for expressing your ATL pride!
Six different murals have been unveiled in West Side Atlanta, all honoring our glorious city. Created by beloved ATL artist Tommy Bronx, the separate pieces create a stunning collection that are perfect for showing off your ATL pride on the ‘gram, or simply just checking out on your next stroll through the area.
Dedicated to different landmarks and Atlantan paraphernalia, from the iconic Fox Theatre to our historic role in the Civil Rights Movement, this new set of murals paints a pretty picture for Atlanta.
The six murals are located in the alley between buildings at Live 8 West, an apartment and condo complex in Atlanta’s West Midtown. There’s one dedicated to our unbeatable skyline which highlights our Peach State status, another dedicated to all things sport in the ATL, and more exciting details that makes this love letter to the ATL so special.
Bronx has has a lot of his work pop-up across the city. From a West Midtown masterpiece to the Outerspace Project, an event series that merges public art, live music, design, action sports and culture.
In other Midtown news, everything’s set for construction to start on the anticipated Art Walk which will connect Midtown with the Arts Center.
