
Secret Atlanta had the pleasure of sitting down with one of our own local celebrities, Ms. Cynthia Bailey. Model and entrepreneur extraordinaire Cynthia has had continued success in anything she’s set her sights on. With a face that kills and a go-get-it attitude, it was fun to find out precisely what Ms. Bailey is dabbling in these days. Check out some of her latest ventures below and a round-up of her fav spots around town. With Mother’s Day coming up, we also discussed where she enjoys spending time with her daughter Noelle, and some places she would like to go!
Cynthia’s Latest Venture:
Right now Ms. Bailey has her toe dipped in partnership with Seagrams Escapes. With the weather warming up she’s all about kicking your feet up and enjoying yourself. She has her own cocktail with Seagrams Escapes called Jamaican Me Happy. Cynthia says she loves a good sangria! Anything light and easy to make is her go-to cocktail and this new Seagrams Escapes drink is perfect for just that. She said she loves how it’s the perfect size for pouring yourself one glass after work or just before going out.

1. Nobu

The latest opening Nobu in Atlanta was met with a ton of excitement and Cynthia loves the Chilean sea bass and lychee martini here.
2. Chops

It shouldn’t come as a surprise that this made the list. Amazing service and even better food and cocktails. Cynthia’s favs: Classic margarita & Ahi Tuna
3. Breakfast at Barney

This is definitely a gem in the Atlanta restaurant scene. There’s always a wait but it is most definitely worth it. Cynthia’s favs: 7-layer red velvet cake & Royaltini
4. Apt 4B

The perfect after-hours spot with good vibes a bomb DJ and delicious meals. Cynthia’s favs: oxtail hummus & pomegranate margarita

1. Gocha Breakfast Bar

This cute breakfast bar is located in the Cascade area and offers a fun, modern, and family-friendly environment with great food. Cynthia’s pick: Shrimp & grits and Strawberry Mule
2. Frost Bistro

Frost Bistro is a cute breakfast cafe located off Peter Street offering guests all the good vibes in a casual bistro setting! Cynthia’s picks: hot honey jerk lamb chops and frost-spiked lemonade
3. Spaceman ATL

Located on the 15th floor of the Hyatt Centric in Buckhead, this spot has the views and the cocktails to match! Cynthia’s pick: Super Nova cocktail.
Cynthia said she absolutely loves spending time with her daughter and being not just a mom to Noelle, but also a FRIEND. When she thinks of activities she loves to do with her she suggested a couple of things for mom and daughter duos to enjoy that she and Noelle have done and loved! She even gave a round-up of things she’s looking forward to trying.

The service at this spa is beyond top-notch! Prepare to be pampered and treated like royalty. Cynthia says this is the perfect gift for Mother’s Day because you get to relax and let your worries melt away for a while.
2. All Fired Up

This is a great hands-on activity to enjoy as a mom-and-daughter duo. With multiple pottery locations throughout the city, you and mom will both be able to explore your creative side. Work off some stress and get artsy in a unique and creative way.

This recently opened location has everything you need to have a fun day out. Share small plates, bowling, cocktails, patios, and more.
2. Ponce City Market Rooftop

A perfect place to get some sun for the warmer days, PCM is perfect for enjoying a cocktail plus the ton of eateries and restaurants give you the option to enjoy any craving you may have. As an added bonus, they also have a park on the rooftop for guests to enjoy games and more.
3. Rooftop L.O.A.

This is really the latest hotspot here in Atlanta. With a pool, views, amazing craft cocktails, and a robust food menu this is a must-visit spot. And now that they have rolled out their summer pass program, there’s no reason not to go!
4. Bear & Honey

Another fun and unique way to enjoy each other’s company is at this candle-making class! Guests have the option to book a party, come solo, or with a significant other.
