Eggslut is a delicious L.A.-based cult classic breakfast joint, and we’re thrilled that it’s made its way over to the ATL. Of course, we’ve gotta recommend you get their classic (and famous) bacon, egg & cheese first and foremost, but once you’ve tried to classics, go for their slut. (And yes, that’s what it’s called).
Eggslut’s slut is a “cage-free coddled egg on top of a smooth potato purée, poached in a glass jar, topped with gray salt and chives, served with slices of baguette.” Is your mouth watering too?
