Technology is slowly but surely taking over every aspect of our lives, sometimes it’s scary and sometimes it’s cool. Well Atlanta will get to experience a futuristic dining experience like never before at this popular Korean barbecue. Arirang K, a popular hotspot in Johns Creek offers diners the unique expire of being served by four autonomous LG robots.
We are literally living the futuristic life we saw online as kids. It’s wild! The goal of these four robots is to help the wait staff with the influx in customers and to help cut back on frequent trips back and forth to the kitchen. Arirang K has been serving Korean barbecue and sushi for a little over three years now and their business continues to boom. The fact that LG is one of South Korea’s most respected technology companies is a bonus.
Arirang K originally only used two ServeBots, but then they saw how beneficial and well received the first two were, that they expanded to four. Guests have fallen in love with the friendly-looking robot. The ServeBots can hold up to 22 pounds, and they automatically follow commands to travel to specific tables or back to the kitchen, so kitchen and wait staff can load and unload food from its shelves. Guests can continue to enjoy Arirang K’s delicious Korean barbecue dishes with the added benefit of some extra technological guests.
