Things are getting cooler, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy some of Atlanta’s favorite outdoor dining hotspots! From campfire vibes, to some of the ATL’s finest eateries, keep enjoying your meals outside this autumn and winter. Especially if you’re checking out one of these bars & restaurants over the next few months.
1. Ladybird Grove & Mess
Where: Old Fourth Ward
Although Ladybird is always a good time, there’s something extra magical about the enchanting space during the colder months. With a huge outdoor space and plenty of heaters, the gorgeous campfire-&-lodge theme will definitely put you in the festive spirit. On the menu, we suggest trying out one of their burgers. You won’t regret it.
2. Ecco
Where: Buckhead & Midtown
With three locations across the city, both their Buckhead & Midtown spots boast incredible heated patios. Enjoy the Spanish-Italian fare in Buckhead to enjoy their large outdoor fireplace! We recommend the Flatbreads, or the Fried Goats Cheese!
3. The White Bull
Where: Decatur
The patio at The White Bull is not to be missed during the cooler months. The converted car park has made the outdoor space larger than its indoor! The rustic firepits add to the charm at this New American gem in Decatur.
4. The Roof at Ponce City Market
Where: Old Fourth Ward
No-one does the holidays like Ponce City Market. Every November, their rooftop transforms into a Winter Wonterland, with ice skating and other festive activities. The beloved igloos are perfect for escaping the cold and enjoying some drinks in your very own inflatable igloo!

5. Gypsy Kitchen
Where: Buckhead Village
For unbeatable tapas, there’s always one place that pops to mind and that’s Gypsy Kitchen. There’s an awesome heated patio, but there’s also blankets if it gets extra chilly. You can’t leave Gypsy Kitchen without trying one of their cocktails. It’s one of our favorite happy hours in the ATL!
6. Bar.bacoa
Where: Virginia-Highland
Although their patio is serving up some stunning NOLA vibes, it’s tacos and tequila on the menu at Bar.bacoa! Their fruity margs are not to be messed with, but are just too tempting not to indulge in. Make sure you have designated driver at the ready!
7. Bold Monk Brewing
Where: Underwood Hills
There’s some incredible craft breweries in Atlanta. Bold Monk Brewing is an exciting addition to our thriving scene. Their outdoor space is great for throwing back some beers with some friends. There’s even an extensive food menu that’s worth checking out! Make sure you check out their selection of mussels if you like seafood!
