It’s almost time for the anticipated return of the Inman Park Festival, a celebration of one of Atlanta’s oldest and most scenic neighborhoods. Expect fun for the whole family, including a parade, live entertainment, an artists’ market, and even a unique opportunity to tour the neighborhoods distinctive architecture.
The adored ATL neighborhood was first developed in the late 1800s, Inman Park is home to many historic homes and parks.
The Festival is the ultimate celebration of the community’s history, and began in the early 1970s as a means to attract attention to gentrification efforts, that sought to revitalize the area.
It is one of the many incredible springtime festivals in the A, with something for everyone! The festival brings out the best from the local music scene, spectacular artists, kids activities, and is a fantastic place to people watch every spring.
Explore the many booths on the tree-lined streets of Inman Park, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday during the festival, with the The Festival Parade happening on 2:00 PM on the Saturday.
The festival will be taking place on Saturday April 29 & Sunday April 30, with the Tour of Homes Preview happening on the Friday (April 28). Admission to all Festival events, except the Tour of Homes, is free.
