Beloved CEO Of Atlanta’s Slutty Vegan To Release A Plant-Based Cook Book

2021 was an incredible year for Pinky Cole and Slutty Vegan! It looks like that they’ll be taking 2022 by storm, too!

When it comes to inspiring ATL stories, not much can beat Pinky Cole. Cole began an Instagram business back in 2018. Since then, there’s been a food truck, several locations across Atlanta, a vegan bar, and more, all providing unbeatable plant-based deliciousness to our ATL vegans and vegetarians.

Cole is currently in the midst of releasing a cook book entitled Eat Plants, B*tch, featuring 91 vegan recipes including breakfast creations, dinner items and Cole’s signature southern comfort food.

There will even be a selection of tips and tricks for vegan cooking, plant-based substitutes and complementary dips, jam, jellies and gravy to enhance your recipes! So if you’re a vegan, looking to cut down on meat, or fancy giving this cook book a try, the book is available for pre-orders now wherever books are sold, and will be available for purchase at bookstores across the country on Tuesday, June 21, 2022. Click here for a list of retailers.

Slutty Vegan was featured on our favorite restaurants from 2021, for the vegan-safe-haven’s impressive ATL takeover, with new location announcements common and frequent! Cole’s Bar Vegan also opened at Ponce City Market last year, bringing crafty cocktails and meat free cheesesteaks to the beloved food hall and entertainment complex.
