And, like we’ve seen in past elections: sometimes that polling line can get long. But we’ve got the perfect solution for you! Pizza to the Polls is here to serve up a hot slice to anyone waiting!
What is Pizza to the Polls?
Pizza to the Polls is a non-partisan pizza delivery service that brings FREE pizza to those waiting in long lines to vote!
They say,
Our mission is to deliver free food to people who are participating in civic life, from long lines at polling places to nonpartisan events focused on voter education, registration, and turnout.
Will ‘Pizza to the Polls’ be in Atlanta tomorrow?
Yes! A ‘Pizza to the Polls’ food truck will be rolling around Atlanta tomorrow! Because of Georgia law SB 202, no free food or water can be delivered directly to the polls, but the food truck will be rolling around town! (More than 150ft away from the polls!)
You can report a long line to the ‘Pizza to the Polls’ website here! And the truck might just make a stop by you!
And if you want to donate to Pizza to the Polls to help send hungry voters a slice, you can donate here!
