We’re giddy with excitement following a recent announcement from Atlanta’s Hyatt Regency. Their beloved rotating rooftop restaurant & lounge, Polaris, is back this month following a hiatus brought on by the pandemic back in March 2020.
The restaurant and hotel posted a video on their socials delving into history of the legendary restaurant to announce its grand reopening.
Hugely inspired by the soul of Atlanta, the eatery bases their ideas and menu on local ingredients (like their rooftop bee honey or herbs), select wines, craft cocktails & of course, those iconic panoramic views of Atlanta.
The restaurant has become a centerpiece for the Downtown area, with its iconic circular flying-saucer-esque design that takes ATLien to the next level! The hotel interiors and spectacular rooftop restaurant remains as one of the most iconic Atlantan architectural masterpieces to grace our skyline since it was opened in 1967.
So ATL, get ready to blast off at the Hyatt Regency’s Polaris one again, and take in those unbeatable views with dishes from a carefully curated, and totally localized menu.
