Pullman Yards has become a force to be reckoned with in ATL’s entertainment industry
On the edges of Kirkwood and Edgewood, Pullman Yards has transformed itself from a historic ruin, into a brilliant entertainment complex. Originally built in 1904, this iconic Atlantan location has continuously reinvented itself throughout history, and there’s no sign of it stopping! Pullman was renowned for luxurious rail travel across the country from 1926, but it’s also been used by Coca-Cola when it was a just a start-up, as well as a filming location for Hollywood blockbusters like the Hunger Games, and Baby Driver.
We’ve seen unmissable exhibitions, breathtaking immersive experiences, concerts, and more take over the Atlantan icon! But it doesn’t stop there. The Pratt Pullman District still have so much more in store for the ATL, and there’s so much to be excited about! Here are 5 unmissable things to do at Pullman Yards.
1. Travel back to the eighties at Stranger Things: The Experience
If you’re a fan of Netflix’s Stranger Things, then you are definitely going to want to check out this epic immersive experience at Pullman Yards. Prepare to let out audible gasps as you uncover your powers, and rescue El, Max, and the ATL from the grips of the Upside Down. This unmissable experience is closing on February 12, so don’t miss out y’all.

2. Hit the ice at their eco-friendly ice-skating rink!
Over the holidays, Pullman Yards debuted their all-new winter wonderland which features an awesome ice-skating rink. So if you didn’t get the chance to hit the ice this winter, then this is your sign to do so before it’s too late. Click here for more information.
3. Science Gallery
There’s an exciting project on its way to Pullman Yards. Science Gallery at Emory University has announced Pullman Yards as the host venue for their upcoming exhibitions and public programs. Science Gallery are known for their immersive exhibits combining the worlds of science, art, technology, and design to deliver world-class educational and cultural experiences.
4. Boogie at their community-based roller disco!
If you prefer wheels over blades, then Pullman Yards also host an awesome open-skate night for the skating community here in A-T0wn. Some nights they even have rentals, but you might have to bring your own skates. For more information, click here.
5. Eat and drink the night away!
Pullman Yards is home to two on-site restaurants, and a public courtyard where you can enjoy a few drinks or snacks with some friends.
