As we say goodbye to summer and hello to fall, it’s time to get excited for cooler days, falling leaves, and most importantly, pumpkin patches! Georgia has so many places to pick pumping, across the state and including Atlanta, perfect for a fantastic outing this fall.
Where: Dawsonville
To call this place just a ‘pumpkin patch’ would be a total understatement. There’s a 15-acre corn maze, terrifying Halloween activities, and so much more. They are also celebrating their 20th anniversary, so it’s going to be an even bigger spectacle than usual!
Where: Oakland
On Saturday, October 9 and Sunday, October 10 from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m, head on down to Oakland Cemetery for their second annual pumpkin patch. This unique experience is a great way to get in the mood for Halloween, as you can explore the beautiful, yet sinister grounds before picking your favorite pumpkins from their awesome selection.

Also known for peach and apple picking, Jarmor Farms hosts an annual pumpkin patch that’s not to be missed. The picture perfect farm makes pumpkin picking just that extra bit special.

The pumpkin patch at Scottsdale Farm is next level. With an endless amount of pumpkins to choose from, in an array of shapes and colors, your front porch is bound to look the coolest after a visit to this awesome garden center.
Where: Oxford, near Covington
Double K Farms, known as Mitcham Farm, has been in operation through five generations. The farm has come a long way since it started over 100 years ago. It’s now a beloved attraction all year round, but specifically in the fall due to it’s stellar line-up of autumnal activities on offer, including a corn maze and their pumpkin patch.

For lots of fun with the entire family-fun! Head on down to Washington Farms, boasting wagon rides around the farm, freshly popped kettle corn, their enchanting pumpkin patch, and so much more!

One of our favorite coffeehouses in the ATL will be hosting a killer block party next month. Spread across two whole weekends in October, there will be a pumpkin patch and other awesome fall activities. As Finca to Filter is located inside Wild Heaven Beer, you could head to their main space after for a couple of beers.

A great option throughout the year, with exceptional u-pick experiences every season except winter, and they’ll still have unmissable activities on at Christmas! However, their pumpkin patch is great fun for the whole family. Make sure you make a pit-stop at their wonderful farm store.

These enchanting woods not only host an incredible pumpkin patch, but a terrifying haunted house experience in the woods. Pick some pumpkins before sunset, before the grounds transform into the spookiest woods in Atlanta.

You’ll be totally spoilt for choice at Burt’s Farm. With pumpkins of all shapes, sizes, and colors, impress all the trick or treaters this year, with an awesome selection from Burt’s Farm. You’ll have to carve them all yourself, though.
