Atlanta’s restaurant scene continues to flourish and expand, Atlantans have been able to experience unique and elevated dining experiences throughout the years and it just continues to grow. The newest restaurant Atlantans can look forward to is the R3 Rosendale Concepts. Their flagship location will be at 200 Peachtree St. NW. World.
Certified Master Chef® Rich Rosendale brings Atlanta a collection of his greatest hits featuring an ever-evolving and seasonally rotating menu. Rosendale was inspired to bring this concept to life from his previous industry endeavors. Rosendale’s prior experience at Roots Local Pizza To-Go, Souped Up, and Details. Each of these concepts fell under the category of craft cocktails, online-only, and virtual concept. Rosendale has now combined the three.
The flexible menu allows for a creative approach and the ability to rotate new one-off items in and introduce larger menu changes seasonally. R3’s menu is inspired by local cuisine, seasonal ingredients, and personal experiences of the R3 team. Guests will get to experience a unique culinary experience that wil leave them wanting more.
The lunch menu is jam packed with mouth watering dishes that will make this place a regular on your rotation list! Menu items include She Crab Soup, Elote Salad, a Lobster Roll, 18-Hour Pit Smoked Brisket Sandwich, Ham & Cheese Pizza and a Citrus Meringue. The dinner menu includes even more decadent dining items. Guests can look forward to an array of complex appetizers including Shellfish Ceviche and Wood Smoked Steamed Clams, large entrees including a 48-hour Elevated “Pot Roast,” Seared Scallops, Herb Roasted Chicken Roulade. All of this will be topped off with delicious desserts such as their Black Forest Cake.
This unique dining experience is set to open March 17, 2023. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. EST, happy hour from 4 – 6 p.m. EST, and dinner from 5 – 10 p.m. EST, Monday through Saturday. The restaurant will be closed on Sundays.
