Thanks to OutKast’s Big Boi, you can now rent the Southern icons’ former home.
Big Boi, half of Atlanta-born hip-hop superstars OutKast, is listing “The Dungeon” on Airbnb for limited overnight stays. The listing was originally connected to Airbnb’s Black Music Month celebration in 2021.
Big Boi purchased the well-known Lakewood Heights property, where he and his OutKast partner Andre 3000 – as well as numerous other hip hop and rap superstars – created music and hung out.
The Dungeon is where André 3000 and “Big Boi” wrote songs and produced beats that became Outkast’s early albums. So make all your superstar dreams a reality at this unique staycation opportunity.
With personal touches connected to the hip hop duo, combined with a sleek and modern design, this incredible home in the centre of Atlanta can be all yours, with rates currently at £311 a night. Click here to view the listing on AirBnb.
Discovering surprises throughout the house that are remnants of The Dungeon’s past as OutKast’s house, and their impact on the music industry. Listen to records, check out the music studio, and live like music royalty on your very own staycation as a true ATLien.
The company also made a one-time donation to Atlanta Public Schools Music Department in recognition of the impact of music education on Big Boi’s career once this opportunity came into fruition back in 2021 during Black History Month.
