1. A famous architect drew up the plans for The Wimbish House
W. T. Downing was in charge of designing the venue and also happens to be one of Atlanta’s most esteemed architects. He’s responsible for some of the city’s most iconic architectural gems including The Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Trinity United Methodist Church, First Presbyterian Church, and Lupton Hall at Oglethorpe University.
2. A timeless Midtown gem
