We recently asked y’all:
“What would each ATL neighborhood bring to Thanksgiving dinner?” and your answers did not disappoint! So here’s the comprehensive list of what we’re all bringing to the table… literally! Some are funny and some are sincere, but all are in good fun for the holidays!
Midtown
Zesty salad, herb butter, and champagne for the mimosas! Honestly, this fits so well.
West End
The creamiest baked Mac and cheese you’ve ever tasted!
Decatur
Smoked or fried turkey because you KNOW Decatur will do it right! Oh, and southern-style collards and really good dressing. Decatur never disappoints.
Cabbagetown
Their famous chili, obviously!
And the runner up is… cabbage. LOL
Dunwoody
Big bread owl stuffed full of spinach dip or a charcuterie board. Wow that sounds delicious!
Reynoldstown
The surprisingly tasty gluten free and vegan foods… and they make you try them all.
Kirkwood
Dinner rolls and wine from a local wine shop! And the dinner rolls have a gluten free option too, of course!
Vinings
Delicious deviled eggs for the meal and bourbon balls for dessert. Mouthwatering!
Pine Lake
Vegan Pumpkin Pie–and it’s so delicious!
Smyrna
The other pies! So many types of pies!
East Lake
Eggs from their backyard chickens. They’re fresh and delicious!
Downtown
Chicken wings… obviously. And honestly… I’m glad someone’s bringing them. Lemon pepper of course.
North Druid Hills
Cinnamon rolls, the big, gooey kind!
East Point
The smoker and grill. Which we definitely need!
Gwinnett
Green bean casserole… the good kind.
Doraville
Birria tacos, and plenty of them!
Buckhead
Top shelf liquor for all the festive drinks!
East Atlanta Village
PBR, and we’re THANKFUL for it!
Peachtree City
The Tupperware. Hey, someone’s gotta!
And if we missed your neighborhood, you know what to do! Leave a comment on our instagram to fill in any of the other missing neighborhoods or Thanksgiving staples.
Happy Turkey Day, y’all!
