It’s the most wonderful time of the year, which means that there’s so much going on in the ATL! One of our favorite holiday traditions is heading to the theatre, and there’s no shortage of show-stopping productions in Atlanta. 1. How The Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical
A festive family favorite is taking over Fox Theatre for a limited time only! The Broadway show has brought new life to the Dr. Seuss’ classic, with this fantastic stage adaptation created by the three-time Tony Award-winning director Jack O’Brien. You’re in for a real treat! 2. A Christmas Carol
The Alliance Theatre’s beloved production of A Christmas Carol will return to the Coca-Cola Stage this year. With an exciting new adaption, including a completely reimagined set design and stunning new costumes, you won’t want to miss the glow-up of an ATL festive favorite.

3. Atlanta Ballet’s The Nutcracker
Atlanta Ballet will be make its long-anticipated return to the theatre stage, presenting Yuri Possokhov’s The Nutcracker. This innovative production features larger-than-life sets and bold costumes enhanced by striking video projections, created by a world-class creative team with several accolades under their belt!

4. Hip Hop Nutcracker
If you’re looking for a modern twist on a Christmas classic, look no further than Hip Hop Nutcracker. Combine the elegant holiday score of Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker with a DJ and pin-sharp contemporary hip hop dance!

5. Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer
If you haven’t visited the Center for Puppetry Arts, then this is your sign to do so! Over the holidays, there will be an extra special puppet show at the legendary museum. The holiday classic Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer™, has been adapted for the puppet stage!
