Comfort is an absolute must as the temperatures continuously drop (although Atlanta tends to have tantrums and throw us warm temped curve balls here and there) *rolls eyes. But it’s nothing we locals can’t handle! That being said, the temperatures have been more cold than warm so enjoying a cozy place to eat and drink is a must. Marlow’s Tavern has rolled out its Christmas menu for us to enjoy. Let’s dive in and take a look at what we can expect!
Marlow’s Tavern Christmas menu full of savory entree’s, appetizers, and fabulous cocktails! The idea behind their menu change was initiated by executive chef John C. Metz. Metz believes “When the seasons change, people’s taste buds change,” he continues So, with each menu, we make sure to cater to our guests’ needs. Our latest menu answers those satiating and comforting food cravings that we often get in the wintertime.”
MT has added savory and hearty dishes which include Warm Brie Fondue (warm brie with white wine and pretzel bread), Grilled Center-Cut Filet (served with broccoli casserole, crispy onions, and red wine shallot demi), Grilled Atlantic Salmon (jumbo pearl couscous, Tuscan kale, grapes, toasted almonds, and red wine reduction), and more! If your mouth isn’t watering yet, just wait they did not stop there. *gasp*
They have also added a new cocktail selection that will leave you wanting more. Whether you enjoy gin, tequila, or rum Marlow’s Tavern has been sure to add something that will satisfy your preference. Libations include Gray Mule (Gray Whale gin, Pimm’s, fresh lemon, Fever Tree ginger beer, and rosemary), The Perfect Pear (Teremana tequila, Tanteo Jalapeño tequila, fresh lime, and pear), and The Heist (Bounty dark rum, strawberry, Tanteo Jalapeño tequila, fresh lemon, pineapple demerara).
