Happy Labor Day weekend, Atlanta!
Labor Day weekend is here and there’s so much to do all weekend in Atlanta. Hopefully you have an extra day off work or school, so you can take advantage of all the Labor Day happenings in the ATL. As well as special Labor Day events, there’s festivals, and so much more going on in the city.
1. Brew Fest at Live! At The Battery Atlanta
With access to over 100 craft beers and brews, Brew Fest is a perfect way to celebrate Labor Day, and all the hard work we’ve done. Perfect for beer lovers, there will also be local food vendors, live music, and more!
2. Atlanta Jazz Festival
One of the country’s largest and free jazz festivals is back for Labor Day Weekend! Head to the Atlanta Jazz Festival this weekend for an unforgettable Labor Day! If you can’t make it for the entire weekend, the much-anticipated festival will be streamed online!
3. Atlanta Black Pride
There’s several things to do for Atlanta Black Pride this year. There are events happening across the city, including the beloved Pure Heat Community Festival in Piedmont Park. There will also be several clubs and Black Pride events taking over ATL spaces, so check your favorite LGBTQIA+ clubs to see if they have anything going on!
4. Stone Mountain Park
If you’ve yet to see Stone Mountain Park’s lightshow spectacular, why not check it out this Labor Day weekend? Spend the day exploring the attractions at the park, before being blown-away by one of the best light shows in the South!

6. Dragon Con
Dragon Con is an annual multi-media and pop culture event held on the Labor Day weekend in Atlanta, Georgia. Geek out over exclusive merch, star-studded appearances, and cosplay heaven!

8. Art in the Park
See works, or purchase some new crafty pieces, including jewelry, pottery, painting, glass and more. Products that have been created by artists from around the country will be on offer. Marietta Art in the Park gives individuals and families the chance to have all kinds of outdoor fun during Labor Day weekend.
