About Red Oak Lavender Farm
Located in Historic Dahlonega, Georgia, Red Oak Lavender Farm is one of the largest lavender farms in the Southeast, boasting a massive 5 full acres of lavender and flower fields. Red Oak Lavender Farm is the perfect place to take your family to enjoy the beautiful, floral nature, get some lavender treats, and of course, pick your very own bouquet of the lovely purple flowers!
With a stunning 4,000 lavender plants (and counting!), you’ll enjoy wandering the farm, cutting your own flowers, and enjoying the relaxation that lavender brings.
Red Oak Lavender Farm also has a Cottage Shop, where guests can explore hundreds of handcrafted lavender products made right there on the farm, including a truly delicious lavender ice cream!
Details about Picking Lavender at Red Oak
To pick your own lavender at Red Oak Lavender Farm, you’ll need to buy a ticket online ahead of time. They’re not doing tickets at the door this year to cut down on lines! For more information about what’s included in your ticket and to purchase one, head to their website here!

Important Notes:
- No children under the age of 12 are permitted in the You-Pick area due to safety.
- No dogs or pets are allowed, however certified service dogs are allowed.
- Cell phone photos are always welcome during are open hours of people or flowers, but the farm does NOT allow professional 35 mm camera portraits of people. Professional camera of flowers are welcome during open hours.
