Celebrate Juneteenth at the City of Atlanta’s official Juneteenth Parade & Music Festival

This year is the 14th Annual Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival, and Atlanta is ready to celebrate freedom, unity, and equality during this fantastic, family-friendly event! Here are some of the activities you can expect at the festival!

The biggest attraction coming to the ATL this summer is the 2026 FIFA World Cup. We’re hosting 8 matches at Mercedes-Benz, including a semi-final, and we couldn’t be more excited!
The whole city is turning up for the World Cup, and you can’t miss out on all the watch parties, events, and happenings in the A!

Looking for something exciting to do in Atlanta this June? INTENNSE Tennis is back for the 2026 season, bringing fast-paced, high-energy matches to the ATL. For the first time, all 10 teams in the expanded league will compete from a single Atlanta hub, making this the league’s biggest season yet. Matches begin June 1 and continue through
Championship Weekend on August 2, giving fans plenty of chances to catch the action all summer long. Grab tickets here!
Big Boi headlines the opening Decatur WatchFest show for FREE on June 11, 2026!
As part of Decatur WatchFest, Big Boi will perform a free concert in Decatur on June 11, 2026—kicking off the city’s World Cup celebrations and watch parties.

June is Pride Month, and there’s SO much to celebrate!
Of course, here in Atlanta, we celebrate Pride in October as well, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t still plenty to celebrate this summer! From supporting queer-owned businesses to donating to one of these LGBTQ+ organizations!

There’s nothing quite like swimming at the pool in the summer!
Whether you’re taking the kids to a public pool for some fun splashing around, or you’re relaxing poolside with a book in your hand, the quintessential summertime activity is definitely heading to the pool!

Atlanta Fringe is opening up at the end of May and running the first full week of June… and we can’t wait! With tons of moving theatre, wacky one-man shows, magic, comedy, dance, aerial arts and beyond, there’s a performance everyone will love!

This June, take a trip waaaay back in time to learn all about the incredible world of the dinosaurs!
In this experience, you’ll get a chance to enjoy some virtual reality, and then an exhibit full of real artifacts!
The 30-minute walking Virtual Reality adventure takes you back through a time portal to the Age of Dinosaurs, where you’ll come face-to-face with these awe-inspiring creatures. Then, explore the grand Dino Hall, which showcases over 20 remarkable fossils—including a giant Apatosaurus femur—and two towering dinosaur skeletons that bring prehistory to life.

Experience grillz as wearable art at the first-ever Atlanta Grillz Museum.
For a truly Atlanta way to spend a summer night, Royal Teeth Lab presents the first-ever Atlanta Grillz Museum on Saturday, June 20, 2026 — a museum-style exhibition and concert celebrating grillz as wearable art with live performances, rare custom pieces, and cultural displays. Tickets are available (with a free admission option for Royal Teeth Lab grill purchasers).
